No Trello, por exemplo, é possível criar colunas específicas para cada projeto e, dentro delas, criar checklists com, por exemplo, aspectos que devem sempre ser considerados para que se atenha ao planejamento estratégico de marketing e ao briefing do material. Já no Miro, pode-se criar boards contendo um passo a passo, visualizável como no método canva, no qual pode se estabelecer linhas cronológicas do que deve ser feito, cores que devem ser usadas, tom de voz, direcionamento estratégico, o que se pretende alcan?ar com a pe?a e um passo a passo para analisar se a pe?a atende às expectativas antes de entregar para aprova??o.

I think it's important to remember to assess attention to detail based on the creative needs of the project, the budget/schedule, and the directives given to each artist. No work is ever "done" -- we all just run out of time to make it better. I want to make sure artists are spending whatever time they do have on the most important aspects and not get hung up on details that no one (or virtually no one -- especially the client!) will ever notice.

The artist's attention to detail must take into account every nuance found in real life in order to replicate a convincing facsimile that will keep the viewer mesmerised by the story and not on the scene's surroundings. Effects that are invisible is what our job is to deliver. Anything less is unacceptable.

Don't forget to zoom out at a certain point, though. Efficiency is usually a priority, so there's simply not enough time to be meticulous in every aspect. The artwork must be fit for purpose, look consistent, and the technical details need to be organised and cleaned up. Perfection, though, is never a good measure.
