Algo como o velho "pensar fora da caixa" mas que vai muito além, pois provoca desenvolver pensamento crítico, olhar sistêmico e provocar-se a pensar. Treinar o cérebro ao comportamento de busca de respostas, diferentemente do aceitar verdades e realidades como perenes e imutáveis.

Secondly, we should be able to understand if the peer mentor is fully meeting the mentee's requirements. If these two things don't go well, then we really need to sit with the peer mentor and the mentee's (with peer mentor's consent) and work on properly mapping the requirements to solutions delivery. If both goes well, then we can have further discussion with peer mentors on the best practices generally followed within our network of other mentors especially in the projects of Innovation support to mentees.
