one of the perspective to check - 1. does LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) supported by cloud provider ? for Example AWS support LDAP with service integration (AWS Directory Service). 2. Also what are the MFA options available? for example a. one time pin on mobile device. b. biometric verification c. external device generating token

2 Check the MFA settings and requirements

3 Use a compatible MFA app or device
