O teste deve fazer parte do desenvolvimento, se possível o QA deve fazer parte do time multidisciplinar e n?o uma área a parte como normalmente se vê nas empresas. o QA é parte do time e deve ser um dos aliados do PO e conhecer muito bem o produto.

In the last 5 years, I am working as individual company in consulting and teaching agile methodologies, and test-driven approach is one of my absolutes must to secure the quality that every agile project needs to be flexible and adaptable. Imagine testers as quality ninjas, which should accompany the team in every move. ?? Test often, test constantly: Think of Agile as a series of mini-projects. Testers should be continuously checking along the way, not just at the end. Automation is our friend: Repetitive tasks? Automate them! Communication is key: Keep the dialogue flowing! Daily stand-ups, collaboration tools, and clear documentation are essential. Remember, testers are quality champions, not just bug detectives! ??

Use appropriate testing tools/frameworks aligned with the tech stack. Foster a culture of quality as a shared responsibility through collaboration between devs and testers (pair programming, code reviews). Implement CI/CD pipelines to trigger tests automatically. Define clear acceptance criteria and "Definition of Done" with testing requirements. Allocate time for testing in sprint planning. Promote continuous learning via knowledge sharing, retrospectives. Shift testing left by incorporating it from requirements gathering phase.

Write your tests as part of Backlog Refinement. Its not ready to start until there are sufficient tests written to verify the Team understands the ask.

Adopting practices like TDD and ATDD along with automation at all levels helps to ensure quality is not an after thought. Quality of requirements coming from the product owner with all the details agreed as per DOR is a good check point for quality requirements and minimizes rework.

Qualidade deveria ser o primeiro ponto de qualquer time, porem o que vemos na maioria do mercado s?o testadores terceirizados com fabricas, onde o teste é realizado na ultima etapa e muitas vezes acontece o famoso by-pass por quest?es de prazos e depois temos que nos virar com os erros em prd. é melhor entregar algo mais simples com qualidade do que algo complexo sem qualidade.
