The goal is to remind participants of the content, the skills and behaviors learned so that they can keep it at the forefront of their minds as they go about their busy days.

The language needs to shift from “your” to “team” or “collective”. Sustainability comes from a shared vision and collective understanding by those involved. Let’s start there and remember as a facilitative leader it is not about our vision or plan but creating the psychological safety by encouraging participation by all to create that vision and plan.

I think leaders must focus more on self development, self-care and self kindness. If they won't be able to master these on themselves, then how they can apply it to others. Additionally, they need to learn and adapt to different styles, be open to listen feedback and exercise vulnerability. All of these will keep a leader on the go. Asking for feedback and being curious why that feedback is given could be another approach to take. Before becoming a people person, become a leader for yourself first.
