Most companies run audits setting aside logs for evaluation, however, security teams don't have the bandwidth to review all logs. In this scenario most audit logs are only reviewed once an intrusion has already been detected. I think we're missing here some points as even not quite technical I've seen that the approach here is mainly from a technical standpoint, and I think that we're missing some elements like the following: - Are we talking about IAM SSO, CIAM SSO or B2B or enterprise federations? this is something to be considered - It's mentioned before topics about devices, but nothing about data sensitivity, as some data may require different SSO requirements (managed device / MFA / etc.) - One last point is application landscape and technology stack (it's not the same SSO where Kerberos is included than when it's not, what about all those "standalone apps"?) Aside from that, generally speaking, brought points for discussion are fine.
