I believe that ensuring product safety and quality while optimizing capacity planning requires a comprehensive approach that involves various aspects of the production process. such as implementing QMS, adopting manufacturing best practices, technology advancement, supplier management, training, real-time monitoring, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and mitigation measure, and continuous improvement.

Measuring current resources to derive current capacity and Monitoring final capacity usage ,also analysis past project . To make this method ,need to regularly re assess customer demand and make sure responding accurately.Also consider the potential downside,for example the cost of recruitment and training of new resources if we only need them for short periods,and loss of control over quality if contracting or outsourcing.

In my experience when the company increase the capacity, We can improve the quality by construction and deployment of controlling fixtures and Poka-Yoke (infallibility) technique, because when boosting the capacity, Investment will be economically justified.

Los SGC nos pueden ser mucha ayuda, el problema que normalmente se les ve como una herramienta de cumplimiento normativo, y no como una herramienta de eficiencia y productidad. Cuando hacemos mal las cosas, los resultados también van a ser similares. Debemos darle valor y emponderamiento a los SGC. El equipo y el respaldo son lo más importante para desarrollar un buen sistema. Es importante tener a las personas clave, que conozcan los procesos y también los sistemas, porque muchas veces tenemos sistemas que no generan valor porque no conversan con los procesos. También es importante alinearlos a los planes estratégicos. Debo preguntar que va a aportar cada persona al sistema, tiene que tener una capacidad demostrada en esto.
