I agree. Moreso, it is also important to map your preconceived notion about the stakeholders inorder not to be bais in your own motivation toward study. This is called check and balance in your selection.

I agree. However, what some researchers turn to do is to influence the study by superimposing their validity of pervious approach to elicit response. This maybe right to some extent but every situation demands new ways and creativity. Hence listening more is key in this instance.
