I do not really get, what this article is about. Is it a device (e.g. tablet) that is given to the visitors of a museum to enhance their experience by providing AR features? If this is the case, the device should have protection against theft by using location based services, which trigger an alarm whenever used outside of the museum. MDM (mobile device management) can be used to swipe a stolen device. The device should run in kiosk mode to protect it from users doing anything outside the app. Or is it an app to use at home instead of physically going to a museum? Then we talk about normal app security. In app purchases need to be validated. There is no typical requirement of account creation.
