Regardless how strong technological controls are and what ever the policies are people are the weakest link. Constant training on acceptable use of corporate assets and constant awareness can really help strengthening the security posture of the endpoints.

Common Example for Endpoint Monitoring tools 1= VMWARE Carbon Black EDR 2= WAZUH EDR( My Preference) which is available for Windows and Linux Flavors. The tools is pretty easy to setup and install on end points to collect logs and activities. Dashboard is super easy to figure out what's happening on end points
