Whether you work alone or as part of a team, you will need clarity on: - who drafts the content (is it you, another team member, a freelancer?) - who creates the assets (is it you, another team members, a freelancer, the client?) - who needs to review/approve the content (is this you, another member of your team, the client?) - who and how the content gets published (do you use a tool such as Hootsuite or Buffer, or do you post natively across each platform?) Once you have a social media workflow in place, setting up a shared social media calendar where you can plot all posts is very helpful for added visibility.
