Are you looking to generate revenue? For example, you have a great space near the pool that you want to create something. If your pool does not have a F&B offering, adding games might not be the right approach. 2. What are the guest asking for? Guest surveys are a great way to see what the guest wants, instead of assuming what they want. 3. Who is responsible for the space? Have anything added requires at least one department to maintain it and maybe your having staffing challenges. Always make sure one can execute the idea.
