Quality management (QM) is a systematic approach to ensuring that the products or services of an organization meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with relevant standards and regulations. QM involves planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving quality processes and outcomes throughout the project life cycle. However, QM cannot be achieved without the active involvement and support of the stakeholders, who are the individuals or groups that have an interest or influence on the project.
