We make sure everyone's ideas are listened to. We often have brainstorming sessions where everyone, no matter their job, can share their thoughts. This really helps with creativity and makes everyone feel part of the project. Also, I let my team try new things in their work, like different ways of editing or new topics or creative treatments, and if they encounter any difficulties, I collaborate with them to find solutions and make things work together. It starts from the organisation of the podcast to the last second an episode is posted. Setting the standard for people to follow is tedious, but contagious. When I make a podcast episode I will always try to maintain my high standards. From the content, to the Visuals (For YouTube) and Audio & then the branding, having consistent and clear branding is something I take pride in. Even as my podcast only has a few hundred listeners on audio platforms, I don’t let that discourage my efforts as I know podcasts will not see growth until a few years in. There for maintaining my standards of the episodes will help me get that growth even quicker than projected. Maintaining this is crucial for future success!
