You will be incredibly surprised by who is able to do so, and that will give you an idea of how well they are learning.

Try asking, “What would happen if...?” or “Why do you think...?” This sparks exploration and analysis. Use online forums and assignments to challenge their assumptions and encourage them to share their insights. Let every question be an adventure!

Be the coach who cheers and steers! Offer feedback that celebrates wins, corrects missteps, and suggests growth paths. Highlight what they did well to keep spirits high, point out mistakes with gentle guidance, and propose new challenges to keep them striving. Use comments, messages, and rubrics to keep the feedback loop lively and supportive.
