Explain to your team that this is merely a tool, not a replacement. Encourage them to learn about it and how they can leverage AI for their benefit. Provide them with time and resources to be formally trained in AI implementations and prepare them to be the in-house "experts" when others have questions. Familiarity is the enemy of apprehension.
