How can you effectively recognize and reward your vocal coach network's achievements?

I have a small team of additional 3 vocal coaches at my school. I think it is important to create an environment where we all support and motivate one another. My doors are always open, if a teacher wants to have an extra singing or piano lesson with me. I create gamified assignments, for example a Bingo game, where we "chase" with each other on creating social media posts with money rewards. Additionally, I find interesting courses for them, offer to partially or fully sponsor workshops and masterclasses. When it comes to personal goals and achievements, I meet with my teachers quarterly, making sure I know their ultimate desires, understand their struggles and see how my business can be the help for them.

I am currently working on wage scale to implement at my music school. It will give newcomers an insight to where they're currently are skill-wise, and how far they can still go. When the teacher claims they should earn more, automatically they will be expecting a new evaluation of their teaching abilities. Other than that, I always invite the teacher to come to my class: to learn, but also to let me know what I can do better. By doing so, they are also asking me or other members to do the same for them.

I myself always look for ways to expand my network in the music industry. When I receive an invite to an exclusive party or a meeting, I always offer my team to come along. My teachers are also performing artists, and so I know how important it is for them to get collaborations or have their work reshared. When my teachers release a new song, I always make sure to repost it on every social media channel of our school.

Creating opportunity simply means doing value addition in your circle by any means. It may not be in the capacity to give instant results but what I have seen in my professional and personal capacity is that even a small meet-up have become tremendously huge after a certain given time. Because it is not just us who are working to grow but everyone is. And we always get experience in return of the time we give which is nothing but creating opportunity. Experience always matters.

First of all, I keep my doors always open. I am coaching not only vocally but also on a piano. Whenever my teachers need some quick boost of motivation, or have a problem with their voice or teaching methods, they can come straight to me. Other than that, I search for courses, workshops and offer these to my teachers. We also include gamified assignments, but these are more for social media activities, to help my teachers be more visible on our channels. The rewards are usually financial or in form of gift cards.

One thing I've found helpful is to be for your team, no matter of what. If one of my team members is asking me to meet or visit his/her class, that only means that he/she cares about work they do at my school. Many times teachers feel discouraged by difficult students or their parents. They don't believe they're good teachers anymore, because one difficult client is making them feel this way. It took me a long way myself to not rely on these single opinions, and that not every teacher is a good fit for everyone. I give my teachers a choice: if they don't feel comfortable teaching someone, I let the client go. This way my teachers know that I care about them before the profit.

As I've discussed in "Create opportunity" section. Every small meet-up matters and it can be a great help in building relationship or we can say 'professional relationship' to be focused. What I've learnt from my experience is that good professional relationships add 10x value in your skill which obviously become a great support. I'll suggest you to try and observe this thing in your professional capacity and if it seems helpful. Why not to make a use of it?

What we miss intentionally or unintentionally is that the word 'Coach' is equally important in 'Vocal Coach' here. So every great skill holder cannot be a great teacher or instructor in thier respective field. I rest my case with the suggestion of analyzing yourself with the potential to be a coach.
