nunca fique preso a um unico sistema de monitoramento, sempre integre-os, utilize ferramentas como Grafana e Zabbix para monitorar dispositivos de rede, documente eles em em sistema como Netbox. Procure sempre novas integra??es como grafana que integra bem com com o software Datadog, Elasticsearch, Splunk e uma infinidade de outros sitemas pagos ou gratuitos Tenha sempre em mente que você deve monitorar tudo que for possivel, isso irá ajudar bastante durante diligencias de problemas

While its important to compare your data with baselines, benchmarks and targets its also equally important to compare it with historical performance. Any deviations need to be captured and checked for any activity performed or some actions taken by other departments such as a cheaper data plan. Objective should be to continuously improve while maintaining current performance and there should be clear RCA for any deviations.

The final step is to implement and evaluate your actions. Based on your analysis and reports, you need to take actions to improve your broadband network performance over time.
