I believe that the best way to highlight achievements and showcase skills in process control is by using the STAR method in conjunction with a process control scheme that you created. This way you naturally talk about the automation tools you're familiar with, demonstrate your technical skills by explaining your control scheme, demonstrate your soft skills by explaining how you interface with team members, and close by highlighting your achievements (money, time, safety etc.). Also for some control schemes, it's helpful to draw out a picture (especially if the scheme is unit wide).
