How can you discuss your customer service experience in a retail sales interview?

In today's competitive business world customer service plays an vital role . It was very easy to sell a product but difficult to retain it everything is based on after sale's service, An executive of a company should know how to bridge the gap between sales & customer retention and it would be happen by providing exprential service. You have to be humble, soft spoken, patience & problem solver attitude.

Customer retention is a very difficult task each customer are not same, their likes, dislikes, taste & preference are not same as others so we have to handle them & treat them as per their satisfaction level let's take the example of online advertising industry here we are selling services which is intangible in nature most of the time customers are dissatisfied in services industry In my current online Industry I had retained dissatisfied clients by understanding their problems & queries and provided on-time solution to them, I had made a customised package for them & told them it is only for you till now we have not offered this kind of services to anyone. Always talk in way so that customer feels you are talking about his/her benefits.

Being specific when giving examples is so important. Nearly all jobs have required us to work with a difficult customer before, but how do you handle specific situations? We assume you've probably "been there, done that," but did you find a solution? Deescalate? Most of us have worked in a large group before. Did you do anything to keep the team focused on a goal? Did you volunteer to do the jobs others didn't want to do? Those kinds of answers help us visualize you on our team, instead of just a "yeah I've done that."

One thing I personally believe in is being yourself during a job interview. Of course there is a professional manner in which you must withhold, but what it boils down to is that (in my own opinion) I would like to work for a company that hires me, for me- not someone who I am perceived to be. I believe that if more people were just "themselves" during an interview, BOTH interviewer and interviewee, companies would find that they have teams full of real, true people. We're all just humans, and predetermined Q&A interviews tend to chip away at the "getting to know me" experience.
