As I read the invite to participate as an expert, I noticed the notice about being powered by LinkedIn AI. It occurred to me that LinkedIn is asking us to share our expertise to train their bots for free. Contributors do not receive compensation. Their work is not recognized when the bots author work using our input, either as a reference or any other way. Clearly the C-suite at LinkedIn has found a way to meet their goal of finding free labor by asking members to contribute to exercises like this. One would think that in an article on CSR, there would be an offer of a month of LinkedIn free, actual recognition in a bibliography as a source for the AI, or some other attribution. Linked in should really set a goal to acknowledge member work.

Actually, an individual and group knows from experiences what good and poor customer service is/are. Its up to the individual and group to decide IF they want to be the best customer service representatives for themselves or be competitive amongst the other CSR agencies/companies. Value quality at all times regardless of it being an objective or not.

You can find mentors, coaches, peers, and role models within and outside your organization who can offer you guidance, feedback, support, and inspiration. To showcase your achievements as a CSR, you have to know customers that you can go to for reviews of your CSR performance as well as CSR upper-management that want to recognize your skills/talents. This means you either have tools at your disposal to track customer satisfaction, establish a means to track customers for call-back interviews, and or have an umbrella business that can do it for you. All three must be willing to then contribute to your measures of success and further pass-along your information to outside "third party" (CSR-interest) organizations that will then recognize you for your skills, talents, and performances.

Being a "CSR" is in the eye of beholder. Only you know what works for you and where you go with it is up to you. If you exude "CSR", people tend to emulate what you bring to the table, and the trend will grow. You can consult for being the "best CSR" and possibly get paid well for it, but you have to market yourself as no one will do it for you.
