The project scope must be aligned with stakeholder needs, goals and objectives. Tools like the Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) developed by CII help in ensuring that the project scope is mature for implementation. A clear project scope prevents risks and claims downstream and a project without a clearly defined scope suffers change orders, rework and most likely schedule and budget overrun.

In order to identify the project deliverables, the project manager should refer to the contract documents and know what was agreed by the client or stakeholders and the project manager. By so doing it will be easy for the project manager to list all the major duties of the project, further break them down into segments, phases, and into small manageable tasks.

My suggestion is to list all deliverables & then name them as per their importance in line of client's requiiremeent.Some may be least impoetant to you from execution point of view but may be highly important to client.Speed & safety at site are equally important.

Schedule time for review e.g daily at -- hr & weekly. Revise your action plan based on review .Involve each team member & get their suggestions / out of box ideas for speedy implementation keeping in mind the goal of sustainability. Discuss your team suggestions with each stakeholder to understand their views & decision.e.g can we focus on natural ventilation with least energy consumption ,can we avoid Tee beam,Can we reduce overall weight of structure, can we use unconventional building materials

Project sustainable development will depend on various aspects as depicted above..... Project coordinator has to quantify various aspects availed to the decending of the project such as: 1) Precurement of materials as scheduled 2) Man power as quantify and as per skilled management 3) Natural calamities such as storm, drought. 4) Progress as calculations per scheduling made. 5) Liasioning availed as requested on schedule. 6) Variation of designs as per changes requested after freezing of GFCs 7) Revisions requested from the clients 8) Any other foreseeable factor which would demotivate the motive.
