Note that "heart-centered leader" does not make the cut.

The wrong way of using Messenger is to lead with a cold offer. It will only repel them. Instead, start a meaningful conversation and begin qualifying your audience by asking good questions. An example question is: "Where are you in terms of [desired results] and where do you want to be?"
