Dise?a un plan de trabajo, evaluando las diferentes opciones y caminos que se pueden recorrer hasta el logro, el éxito. Conjuntamente con el equipo, revisad el enfoque y acercar diferentes prismas y visiones hasta estar cómodos con el escenario. Es muy importante el buen entendimiento y la planificación a corto-medio plazo. Existen a día de hoy herramientas de innovación que facilitan la previsualización de diferentes contexto o escenarios, para entre otras habilidades, poder realizar una previsualización y contemplar diferentes casuísticas y como resolverlas. Una experiencia muy positiva en el management es la validación continua, cuando arrancamos un proyecto y formamos parte de un equipo, queremos que se generen buenas dinámicas, buen ambiente y que se vaya madurando a nivel tecnológico. Seamos conscientes de todo esto, de esta evolución y de lo que ello conlleva, un crecimiento. La validación nos dará la visión nitida de qué ocurre, qué síntomas tiene el equipo y cual es la reacción ante lo externo. Seamos prudentes, planifiquemos y consideremos las necesidades que existen de forma real. Una validación continúa es clave para ir midiendo el avance y el crecimiento, realizadla a través de debates internos, tanto equipo técnico como de gestión, enfocando lo logrado y los puntos de mejora.

No solo debemos de planificar bien los proyectos en fechas y esfuerzos, es decir, en la dedicación necesaria por tareas a realizar y en fechas comprometidas de entrega de los diferentes hitos. Debemos de ser responsables, actuar como equipo y realizar seguimientos de los diferentes hitos así que es muy aconsejable agendar sesiones de seguimiento en las cuales se alinee la planificación del proyecto con sus respectivas tareas. No solo esto sino en caso necesario de requerir ayuda, herramientas, se detectan dependencias sobre algún hito..., actúa responsablemente como facilitador y ayuda a desbloquear lo detectado para ayudar al equipo y a sus integrantes.

An implementation of an idea which assures the stakeholders of its worthiness is called Proof of Concept or just PoC. If you manage to build a good PoC, you could later develop it into an MVP. A Minimum Viable Product is an early version of a product or a service which has just enough features to attract the first customers and gather as much feedback as possible from them. If the feedback is positive and the decision to continue working on the project is made, you could scale your MVP into a product gradually.
