1 Define your goals

You need to have a clear and shared understanding of why you are innovating and what you expect to accomplish. Ensure these goals support your organization's overall strategy. Think of it as creating categories for your playlist: "Must-Haves" (essential songs), "Game-Changers" (impactful tunes), "Exploration" (new and exciting tracks), and "Not Right Now" (songs for another time). This way, you focus on what matters most and use your resources wisely, ensuring your innovation journey is enjoyable and aligned with your long-term goals.
