Managing emotions is easier said than done. But it not impossible. What it needs is constant practice. Recognise them for what they are now. And keep at it, try to be aware of them at least once an hour. Know your patterns when you emotions are high or low. You will start to notice a pattern. It is essential to be aware, especially about oneself so that you can be aware of others. Especially in a sector with many complex interactions.
