How can you determine if an OR problem formulation is feasible?

Actually I don’t agree with that statement either way. It’s dependent upon how you define the term "dimension". Consider for example a situation where two contrasting objects have been created and are therefore occurring simultaneously. In our current one-dimensional time frame, it’s not possible for this kind of event to occur. However, if we consider two-dimensional timeframes in terms of our current state of time, then it is indeed possible for this event (two opposing objects happening simultaneously) to have occurred. The difference between these two timeframes is that while the one-dimensional time consists only of one place “slot” for an event to occur, the two-dimensional time is limited by four slots (two times two), aka continuum.

Actually I disagree with that claim. It’s a matter of defining what constitutes meaningful and useful a solution. If your network is optimal but not feasible, then you should consider using its very own advantages to make its overall performance better mitigated by its cost. For example, you should only consider using a single node to generate your network’s optimal performance, which can also help to increase your feasibility during this process. However, if your network is too large and “clumsy”, then you might need to consider adding more nodes, despite having decreased efficiency in terms of performances. On the contrary, this might mean that you have to compromise on your research and its interpretation of resources and analysis, also.

Sensitive information is stored in our hands, that is correct. If we have to interpret it as a sensitive information, this is necessarily in our hands. Rather than improving our OR problem, it might be a good idea for one to consider how challenging it might be for them to get the performance of their decision analysis done in order to meet expectations of their stakeholders, and instead focus on how they can change their very own decisions and their respective approaches to meet their basic objectives and outcomes. In other cases, where the customer may also be more focused on their immediate needs and desires, it is important to understand how they can consider themselves more focused and better equipped to handle any prospective problem.

It’s always a good idea to practice discipline when you’re encountering a tough situation and trying to solve it yourself. If you’re going through a bad time, you should always seek help and be prepared for mistakes that may have happened in terms of how to handle them responsibly.
