Para crear una estandarización hay que ser conscientes primero de qué necesidades estamos cubriendo en nuestros diferentes clientes. Luego también hay que tener claro que establecer un procedimiento estándar debe de permitir al mismo tiempo que ofrece unas reglas y pasos a realizar, la flexibilidad de adaptarse al enfoque concreto del proyecto, pudiendo ser aplicado de forma modular. Establece un estandar de inicio y luego reúnete con los diferentes equipos que lo vaya a ejecutar para obtener feedback constructivo y mejoras que aplicar al propio proceso, itera y ve avanzando hasta tener una primera versión y considera que el tiempo le dará madurez y mejorará siempre. El proceso está vivo y evoluciona a lo largo de su recorrido.

In projects where user experience is critical, immediate and visible error notifications are necessary. However, for background processes or non-customer-facing systems, silent error logging might be more appropriate.

This includes everything from telemetry tools and naming conventions to linting, code review practices, and Jira conventions. It serves as a definitive guide, clearly articulating the standards we adhere to. By consolidating this knowledge in one central location, we ensure that our standards are not just stated, but lived by the team.

Cada X tiempo es necesario realizar sesiones del estilo de checkpoints para alinear el estado y progresión del proceso estandarizado. Debes de conocer, como mánager, bien a quien involucrar en este tipo de sesiones y ceremonías. Rodeáte de la gente apropiada, aquellos que vayan a sumar valor a la definición y puedas acompa?ar en la evolución y progresión del estándar. Establecer también un cronógrama o roadmap, como si de un producto se tratase, para fijar features a abordar y publicar, con el detalle del esfuerzo y fechas concretas que se verían implicadas.
