To design effective interprofessional education (IPE) programs: Identify Learning Objectives: Clearly define the desired outcomes, emphasizing collaborative skills, communication, and mutual understanding. Curriculum Integration: Integrate IPE into existing programs to ensure relevance and coherence with other disciplines. I am very familiar with both the designing and implementation of IPE events. I have also attended several in the capacity of attendee. In medical education IPE is an essential accreditation standard for most, if not all, professional schools. My advice here is to keep your goals and objectives both very succinct and small in number (1-3).
