Spend time just thinking about possibilities. Reflect on issues you're facing. YOU GET PAID TO THINK!!! So take specific time to think about ways to make work, life and customer experiences better. "Innovation" isn't always world-changing, or at massive scale. Sometimes innovation looks like implementing a new application. Improving an existing process. Launching a new partnership. So make time to think, and when you think of something that seems "legit" GO FOR IT!

In my opinion, problems or issues complexity will stimulate a creativity and pushes us into a new bright idea to solve it. And it also will leverage the solution for the current system by bringing a new innovation to have alternate way to think how to answer the challenge as well. Eventhough the outcomes are the main goal but enjoying the process of innovation and solve the problem can be a great record for us to deal with unique issue in the future
