Generate of data profiling for all tables that you will need from data source. ?? Comparing data profiling with standard data to identify gaps, and document it. ?? Use monitoring tool to check any changes from data sources that can affect data quality process. This way can define data quality in your data integration requirements.

Assess latency requirements, review existing infrastructure, and evaluate scalability needs. Factor in integration costs, data security, and compliance. Assess long-term maintenance and manageability, explore vendor support, and consider the development team's skills. Designing an integration architecture poses challenges such as managing diverse data formats, establishing integration standards, and ensuring data quality. Scalability concerns, real-time processing demands, and the integration of legacy systems with outdated technology add complexity. Security and compliance issues, resource constraints, and resistance to change must be navigated. Effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and adapting to evolving technologies are vital.
