Listen to your Recruiters and what tools/resources they're asking for. If your Recruiters (or those of you lucky enough to have Sourcers) don't have the tools they need to set them up for success, they're not going to be able to fill the job orders they're being requested to. I always tell my team with any tool/resource they find, we can always try anything once. If it doesn't work, then at least we know. Don't be afraid to try new things and think outside the box.
