In one of my previous roles, my portfolio had a wide range of facilities that included multiple sectors, including data centers, finance/banking, manufacturing, warehouse, call centers, Class A office space and even some large scale printing facilities. For me the first consideration is always understanding the wants and needs of the C-suite as well as the end users. If it’s a leased location, you need to understand the lease and what R&M you are responsible for as well as what your CAM fees cover. I believe the one constant in every sector is each site and location are different. Trying to develop a FM budget just based on square footage can give you a baseline, but you need to weigh all other factors as well.

Comparar o or?amento com outras instala??es pode ajudar, mas lembre-se sempre que cada público possui um perfil diferente e isso pode impactar no seu budget. A qualidade dos insumos oferecidos aos usuários (como por exemplo o tipo de papel higiênico ou a marca de café) ou até mesmo a qualidade dos fornecedores (contratos pautados apenas em custo) podem impactar significativamente no budget, portanto compare mas sem esquecer da sua realidade.
