How can you create a pitch that aligns with your personal brand as a creator?

It's a good idea to get the absolute foundational bedrock of this stuff in place LONG before you get to the pitch itself. If you sit down with a blank slate, and have to pause to think about how to make it resonate with you personally, then there's some crucial work you haven't done yet, and the odds of it really flying are slim and none. All of the stuff mentioned here in steps 1-5 is stuff you should be doing conversationally / digitally day in, day out. When the pitch rolls around, you should know exactly which key story assets to pull on, why they're important, and how to adapt them for the current context.
