Definir a pauta antes de partir para a entrevista é fundamental - O primeiro passo antes de sair para sua entrevista é a elabora??o da pauta, é nela que você irá definir seu principal objetivo em rela??o a entrevista. Nele você irá colocar além das informa??es básicas de seu entrevistado o principal enfoque que você deseja abordar durante a entrevista, tópicos pertinentes seja da vida pessoal, profissional ou com rela??o em algum acontecimento importante do seu entrevistado. Definir essas informa??es logo no inicio será o fio condutor da sua entrevista, todavia n?o deve ser uma fórmula absoluta, novos ganchos podem surgir baseado em suas perguntas e te render uma história inesperada relatada pelo seu entrevistado.

To create objective interview questions it is important to focus on job requirements , by asking open ended questions this allows them to elaborate on their experiences and abilities, providing more insight into their suitability for the role. Focus on competencies by Structuring questions around specific competencies such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership. Tailor questions to evaluate each competency effectively. Including situational and scenario based questions.

Usar perguntas abertas irá ajudar seu entrevistado a dar respostas mais completas - Nesse quesito utilizar perguntas mais abertas irá for?ar seu entrevistado a ser mais completo em suas respostas. Evite perguntas que podem ser respondidas simplesmente com sim ou n?o. Se coloque do outro lado e pense nas possibilidades da resposta e busque fazer com que sua resposta seja mais ampla de modo a extrair do seu entrevistado repostas concretas e sinceras.
