Interesting question yet “creating” an environment is totally out of your control as a leader. What is in your control is leading by example - be an active listening leader; live by the north stars of the brand. In other words “show don’t tell”. And once you’re in motion - repeat repeat repeat the behaviour. That’s how you trigger change.
