Risk assessment should involve member from all verticals to approach a step by step process thereby having a robust plan for mitigation. Often risk assessments fail when we encounter a real challenge which could be a listed risk, only way to encounter that is to educate your workforce on the risk register and ways to treat them as and when they occur.
