And putting ourself in customers place it may be the 100th guest for us but the point is it’s his/her 1st experience with our property or services so as hospitality handlers we should give each of them same experience. We never know thier situation but all of them waiting for an extra ordinary service from us so as for me it’s our job to put ourself in their situation and treat them to have the best time they had and understanding them even in any circumstances.
