How can you collaborate with other departments to improve company performance?

Collaborating with other departments is definitely important, especially with sales and marketing departments. Of course it's necessary to have a holistic understanding of the company you serve.

If I get a change to contribute to improve company performance, then I will first add regular training session for 1 hr daily for each departments, that will add consistent core values. Other area I will work on trust and relationship in Team. That will help with good work life balance and delighted deliveries for each projects. Will prepare a POC Library to my company - that will increase pitch time for sales department with different types of customer in efficient time. And a common department where sales, marketing and technical come together and based on market demand will prepare POC for presales.

Each and every one of us comes from a different background, whether it's a technical or a cultural one. Different backgrounds come with different experiences and different experiences bring new perspectives. If you look at a diamond, only from one side, all you'll see is a triangle (potentially). It's when you start rotating it and getting fascinated by its different shiny angles that the precious stone really shines through. I guess, what I'm trying to say with this convoluted analogy, is that different teams offer different points of view, and making sure they're taken in account and facilitating the communication between them will help the whole project and the whole company grow and thrive. Go fast, go alone. Go far, go together.

La mayor clave de un proyecto es trabajar en sinergía y comunicación bidireccional efectiva entre todos los departamentos o equipos.
