In my experience, before starts process simulation for determining cycle time, interference, interlock..etc, need to confirm first robot payload simulation for each robot that mounted with tools such as gripper & welding gun. its fundamental that the robotics engineers and support team that have installed the robot, and ensured its capability and effectiveness during site acceptance testing, pass on the information required to the operators and end users at the customer location. Without thorough formal training for the end users, its likely to receive many call back requests. Leaving a formal documentation handover and training material such as VR, or even recorded videos of operational activities would be vital. The more resource that the end user has to hand, the less likely they will encounter issues down the line requiring troubleshooting or because of misuse.
