It's a plan that lists what tests and inspections should be performed throughout each phase of a project. As a major component of an overall project quality control plan, it’s important to understand what an ITP is, the reasons to use one, and how to get the most from it in your own projects,?as you'll need a solid inspection process and to fulfil your inspection criteria to ensure no issues are present before declaring the project as completed.

Not sure if everyone would agree with me but from my experience, I prefer to have the sharing of the visions first from the client and the landscape architect / design team. This sets the tone and then I like going into understanding and developing the scope thereafter for the construction parties.

Realizing that not everyone may agree with my vision , I try to prepare plans, maps, models or renderings that show my vision and the customer's point of view at the same time, and I try to include all possible details that help explain my vision . I will present it by preparing a strong presentation. i am trying to note all the positive and possible point that my colleagues will say to me and integrated them with my vision for improve it.

Be willing to make and receive quick calls to put issues to bed before the next meeting in 2 weeks. Frequent communication builds trust with your team and helps avoid bigger problems being pushed down the road.

Here is what i think helpful if considered at the first step after team started collaboration and it is to have a discussion meeting at the exact site location in order to have a real vision about the landscape and all will have a common understanding. The construction process will face no peoblems of collaboration .

It starts with each of the two Specialized groups firstly understanding the importance of such collaboration on the outcome of a given project. This importance must firstly be highlighted by the Client or Owner of the project during early stage planning. Next, get the two groups to sit at a table and outline their strategic plans with specific time-lines as to how they will execute to bring about a successful project outcome. An outcome meeting or exceeding Client expectations.

Whatever points mentioned above, no doubt are worthy. Challenge should be accepted.Avoid the path of economic management on the cost of strength.
