How can you close more deals with customers?

The things I have found that works is: - Be clear on the problem you are solving for the customer by explaining their points to show your understanding. - Highlight the immediate gains/positive impact that they will enjoy. - Find out who are the other key stakeholders that are not present in the meeting but whose input/use of the product or service could sway the deal. Sometimes, the person who decides/key influencer is not always in the room during the discussions.

Beyond knowing what open-ended questions to ask, you need to have an intricate understanding of your industry as a whole. Along with identifying your customer's needs and aspirations, you have to be able to guide customers toward solutions that help them ACTUALLY solve their problems and help them "future-proof" their business (as much as we can).

These are all great points when working with client or prospect. Asking questions that gets them talking will lead to understanding their needs and help determine if your company has a solution. It is not always a price issue.

This is an absolute must. It doesn't matter if you chase tactics or change your strategy a thousand times, if you don't take the time to know your customers, your message will always fall short. So uncover their painpoints at a deeper level. Think about specific scenrios where they might feel this pain.

One thing is the most important part to close the deal with any client. 1- Know your service, Products to provide it well. 2- What is the benefits of your product to your clients. 3- Understand the client’s needs and what is the strong point you have to work on it. 4- Not only by saying only promises to guide them to best service or product, provide their expectations and more to build a strong relationship and let your business grow more quickly. 5- focus on their saddest aspects to turn their client’s goals into happiness and success. 6- be honest with your clients about everything, what is the advantage and disadvantage. 7- spending time with explaining the benefits and correct them ideas to earn the trust. etc.

Follow up is THE best way to win a client, there is no sale or closing without Proper Follow ups. Yes you should avoid Jargons and speak client's language or speak at client's level, Using Jargons can make some clients uncomfortable.

Fortunately the prospects I call on work in the medical and dental space and so have I. First I Always establish company credibility for sharing some key bullet points. I share my experience working in a dental practice so they understand I have been in their shoes. This breaks down the sales resistance and gets them talking. The more they talk the better. Listen, acknowledge, and guide them into how our solutions can make their lives easier at work. Always do more than expected. Send them the next webinar info, some compliance check lists, a CE course. What you give you get in life so giving no cost tools and resources that will help their needs only builds trust even more. Make a friend and you will make a sale.

It has always been going beyond the deal/sale for me. With hotels, it always started with trip to our restaurant and a signature dish for my customers before any business discussions. A happy tummy = A happy guest. It was a simple hack, but ended up boosting my conversion rates by 2x. With SaaS, it has always been about building a personal connection. Finding that one thing that you can completely vibe with your customer outside of the deal. We are humans ultimately, quenching to the social animal part of everyone always gives you the upper hand in closing more deals.

Demonstrate that you know your products or services, if it's possible offer one demonstration at demonstration you must to say the benefits and how your products will help to solve their problems or needs

And a very important point I would suggest is differentiate between B2C or B2B. Use emotion if you are in B2C and use logic if you are in B2B.

Providing support to the customers from the first time you meet with them, support means by providing the quality, goals that they are seeking to achieve it with full satisfaction. Address any challenges or obstacles with the solutions. create the best relationship between your customers to achieve your goals and help them be successful with results that you promise to achieve it.

Listing all the solutions we offer would just confuse the prospects and give them information overload. It’s pointless unless they tell you what their vulnerabilities are. This is done by establishing you are the expert and have been in their shoes before as well as asking effective questions. Use specific examples of how our solutions would help them and be authentic. They will hear it in your voice. Features can confuse the prospects, keep it simple and factual and make sure you are relating it to their particular needs and concerns.

Product knowledge is key . You should fully understand and can effectively communicate with customers about your product, its features, benefits, uses, and support needs. Also by understand your customer you are able to know which type of product suits them best.

Cold calling medical and dental practices to offer to help with their HIPAA assessments can be met with skepticism from prospects. I enjoy the challenge of winning the practice over with my enthusiasm, persistence and knowledge. Education is key as they just don’t know what they don’t know. Establish company credibility and sharing partnerships and other clients we helped that have the same concerns and vulnerabilities as them. Be prepared for objections, think quick on your feet and be knowledgeable. Also being impeccable with my word ensures excellent follow up and follow through. Clients want to feel important, get to know them, names and roles. Be persistent and get them any information they ask for.

Asking for feedback is a crucial part of following up after a sale. 1. Feedback can be also lead to a testimonial. 2. Good feedback can reassure that you got it right. 3. Bad feedback can help you learn to resolve for the future. But the main thing is showing the customer that you care about the service provided.

Getting to know your customer, understanding them and building rapport shows you are invested in them and will make future deals smoother.

Communication is key in sales. Clearly articulate the value proposition of your product or service. Tailor your message to address the specific needs and pain points of each customer. Be a good listener and ask probing questions to uncover their motivations. Effective communication builds trust and can lead to successful deals.
