Effective communication and reporting tools are essential for building best Quality Management System (QMS) in any organization. I would suggest following few tips as for better QMS. 1.Identify Your Requirements 2. Involve all the stakeholder in the process and gather information.3. Evaluate the existing system or process, do the gap analysis 4. work on available tools to streamline the Process and build strong QMS. Data visualization tools and collaboration and communication platforms 5. integrate the tools into current or existing system.6 make it User friendly. 7 vendors supporting and training, 8 cost benefit Analysis.9 Implement the changes ,10. continue monitoring.

I feel whenever we talk about communication on objectives, it always directs that what context we are setting for the stakeholders. Now if its about quality result, need to think in which stage we are trying to communicate. Are we trying to follow any agile stage to display the result, metrics, KPi and many things agreed with the stakeholders. Generally our mind is restricted to see the quality result driven by a specific team on terms of few standardised objectives to be met as acceptance criteria. Can this function play a simultaneous/parallel role automatically and produce result and communicate to stakeholder freuently instead of coming on a certain stage and display it's role and result. Very important for Quality professionals to identify upfront who the audience is and what type/depth of information to share. Pareto charts, histograms, etc shared at Exec level during eg QMS Reviews won't necessarily land with Shop floor. I've found sharing visual One point lessons, Before and After pictures or short video clips of the staff themselves then the message "lands" so much better ?? I've noticed feedback and engagement improved from shopfloor or Operators during quality training using these tools and tips.
