I often find that there is no "best model" when it comes to client services and what is best for your clientele. Having so much diversity within your client's needs and understanding that one model doe not have one item where the client can benefit. Then seeing the particular model that does showcase a service/resource your client can use but also noticing the other items just wouldn't work, make for interesting ways of working models. picking and choosing to contour to the needs of your client will always be a process to adapt. Adaptation is the model I prefer to use solely because no two clients and their needs are identical and with that, no model will adequately fit any one client in ALL aspects of its services.-MY THOUGHTS-

Sometimes a client's need may not fit to one particular model. It is best to listen attentively and use more than models if needed. Delivery of services is just as important to get across to clients.

The second step is to review your agency's mission and policies. What is the purpose and vision of your agency? What are its values and principles? What are its policies and procedures for client services? How does it define and measure quality and outcomes? How does it allocate and manage resources and staff? How does it collaborate and coordinate with other agencies and stakeholders? By reviewing your agency's mission and policies, you can align your client services model with its goals and standards.

Segùn mi experiencia en clìnica psiquiatra, los pacientes son personas, no son esquemas que requieran algoritmos de atenciòn, mucho menos una etiqueta segùn algùn manual elegido. Cada persona es un mundo. Lograr que el paciente confiè en su mèdico tratante es la base, sin eso no hay nada que que ese mèdico pueda hacer por ese paciente. Luego vendràn las propuestas de tratatamientos, terapeùticos, psicofarmacològicos de parte del mèdico. con las explicaciones pertinentes mediante el uso de un lenguaje acorde al nivel de compresiòn del paciente. Y se implementarà aquèl esquema que el paciente considere posible cumplir. Por lo que el compromiso es mutuo. La ùnica relaciòn mèdico-paciente con posibilidad de ser ùltil, es la real.

"indicadores y criterios de èxito"?? el planteo es real? vgr. un paciente/cliente sin identidad, clones? no. mi objetivo principal como mèdica tratante es buscar un modo, un método, una forma, un procedimiento, algùn sistema ò algùn medio por el cual logre que mi paciente, entienda su situaciòn, que regrese, que aprenda a pedir ayuda, que distinga y se apropie de sus nùcleos sanos. la evoluciòn puede tener algùn elemento predictor pero sindicar uno como determinante es, deshonesto. como mèdica tratante, soy afortunada, no tiene precio ese dìa en el que mirando a los ojos de mi paciente, descubro un brillo especial en ellos. un brillo que expresa un regreso, una integraciòn, una vitalidad que despierta.--
