Start by learning the key concepts, drivers and differentiators (ie. why do we need Web3? How is it different?). Think about the Web2 online services you use every day - consider how digital ownership of your own data, money and assets could be preferable to having a third party holding all these things. Reach out and get to know people, and this will allow you to offer your help, advocacy or services.
