No solo porque estás informando a la comunidad sobre algo que quizás sea de valor para otra persona, si no porque también estás consolidando tus habilidades de comunicación y de exposición de temas. Tener capacidad de estructurar el contenido de forma concisa y efectiva son dos habilidades fundamentales a la hora de liderar una organización. Tener altas capacidades para hacer llegar un mensaje es fundamental. Los mensajes pueden compartirse en diversos formatos. A nivel privado dentro de una organización, se pueden crear ADR donde se compartan públicamente decisiones de ingeniería. A nivel público, redes sociales, blogs o newsletters.

Um ótimo lugar para compartilhar suas experiências é escrevendo artigos no próprio LinkedIn. Assim, além de criar conteúdo, você já divulga ele para toda a sua rede de contatos atuais - e permite que recrutadores potenciais localizem rapidamente os conteúdos produzidos por você.

Sharing expertise is indeed pivotal. Beyond traditional formats, consider engaging with the community on platforms like GitHub or participating in open-source projects. Collaborating on real-world coding challenges not only demonstrates your skills but fosters a dynamic learning environment. Additionally, hosting workshops or webinars allows for direct interaction, fostering a sense of community and enhancing your reputation as a knowledge contributor in the rapidly evolving field of computer engineering.

After you have gained some experience it is possible you arrive on a knowledge plateau. Dare to challenge yourself and go in discussion with others. Don’t be afraid to say that you have learned something new, or that you weren’t aware of the technique the other one told about. Being humble and talking with others brings yourself to a higher level as well. Join certain knowledge networks, go to cooperation or steering groups, and come out for your interest.

Networking is a two-way street. Beyond just seeking connections, actively initiate conversations and contribute meaningfully. Share your experiences, insights, and challenges openly. Another interesting idea is to keep learning by challenging yourself in side/small projects. Creating some POCs or MVPs could help you to understand (by doing) certain new topics.

There's no such thing as a thought leader. Get off LinkedIn for a while, go see a movie or something. Talk to real people who don't use phrases like thought leader.

Focus on these three keys: purpose, values and story. Make sure you know what you stand for, what beliefs guide you and your unique narrative. Be willing to defend and articulate your purpose. Clarity of purpose allows doors to open and emotional connections to form, even deepen, more quickly than on average.

For me, it is crucial to not get stressed and think that you need to master something to start talking about it. Probably whatever experience that you can share will be valuable for somebody. If you wait until the perfect moment, you will never start experiencing the issues of sharing thoughts publically. So the sooner you start, the better you will be in the future. It's really important to share everything with humbleness, respecting others' opinions, and just with the best of intentions. Remember that 1 is better than 0, and for sure in 1 or 2 months you will think that your first contribution was not very good or accurate, but it's part of the process. Nobody was born master.

Personal Projects: Undertake diverse and challenging personal projects in computer engineering to showcase your skills. This not only demonstrates practical knowledge but also highlights your passion and commitment.
