A key part of it's success is the autonomy that team members can achieve as the team is relatively small with no members having any more than a few years experience. This means projects are highly collaborative, hence the rapid innovation and technological breakthroughs commonly seen in these teams.

There is a serious skills gap in the sector, and the exhibitors at these shows know this, so any budding engineer would be a welcome conversation.
