Mesmo a comunica??o sendo a chave para se construir confian?a e credibilidade, precisamos treinar a comunica??o assertiva, direcionando as a??es e feedbacks de forma a fazer sentido junto ao desenvolvimento individual de cada membro da equipe. Para isso, sugiro entender através de um PDI (Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual) quais as ambi??es, desejos e receios de cada integrante e, associa-los com as métricas e objetivos do time, que podem ser construídos através de OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

Geralmente lideran?as partem direto para o tático e estratégico, mas, em um time novo, o líder deve ser próximo ao operacional para entender as dores do dia a dia e gerar credibilidade. Com o tempo, vai se afastando até construir uma equipe concisa.

I think i can speak from my personal experience. Most times people think feedbacks are always nice and rosy and sweet, well sometimes they are but most times they are not and this is where beind open minded and adaptable comes into play. I think everyone should already like and know how to handle good constructuve feedback but how about bad/ destructive feedbacks? How do you handle? For me, i have since learned to see the bigger picture and really ensure that the user is at the center of what i am building or the designs i am making. If that is the case, why should i be so bothered if there is change in designs gotten from credible user feedback or the need to iterate based on analytical data? You see the point isnt it?. its much more easy

Make your team achieve their successes - fastest way to gain trust. 5. Make your team do the right thing - fairest way to gain credibility. 6. Business viability will always beat individual skills, expertise and aspirations. Make sure you understand what is most viable to the business at the given time.
