All of the hyperscalers will provide free training to your Cybersecurity team for Security Architecture on their platforms. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The strategy that I have found that works best is to identify or hire at least one person with a track record of success in Security Architecture and to have others on the team who want to learn shadow and work hands on with that person. Through this strategy, you can grow a team of Cybersecurity architects.

As with any framework, ensure the methodology is tailored to your specific environment, as not every control may be applicable nor every recommendation apply to your specific situation. Basically, frameworks provide a solid roadmap to successfully establish and maintain a comprehensive security program, covering the areas of concern.

Communicate your architecture with team effectively 2. Customize your architecture views for your audience and team 3.Listen and collaborate for new ideas 4.Learn developing and negotiating the design with stakeholders No matter how technically strong and domain-aware you are, it will be difficult to succeed as an security architect if you do not possess this skills :)
