How can you build successful relationships with venue managers?

I think providing the venue with as much detail as possible regarding the event you are planning. With Murder in Mind we have to have the room set up in a certain way, a place to get changed and a small area for the Inspector to keep his evidence, A boards for evidence and witness sheets plus more. We are blessed to have such wonderful professional actors and everyone knows exactly what is required. We have lots of fun too as many of our plots have a comedic element.

I needed a clear plan to provide to the venue manager to assure my event's success. Before talking to you, I define my location criteria and expectations. This complete strategy considers dimensions, layout, capacity, accessibility, facilities, equipment, security, catering, and cost. Planning must include a realistic budget and timetable, which cannot be compromised. To ensure that the venue management receives a practical proposal, you must grasp the event's timetable and budget. You should also show that you grasp the venue's capabilities and constraints. Fulfilling my wants is not enough.
